摘要
基于机制设计理论中的激励机制理论,从激励手段集合、行为导向制度、行为强化制度、行为保持制度、行为归化制度5个角度对我国农村人居环境投入机制进行探讨,构建有利于我国农业人居环境整治的投入激励机制,提出切实可行的对策建议,以期通过发挥政府的主导地位来促进我国农村人居环境的持续、有效改善.
Abstract
Based on the incentive mechanism theory of mechanism design theory, we discussed the propulsion of China rural living environment investment from the angles of incentive means,behavior orienting system,behavior keeping system,behavior strengthening system and behavior naturalization system, tried to construct the incentive mechanism of our China rural living environment investment, put forward practical meas-ures, in which the government play the leading parts to promote the rapid,orderly urbanization of China agricultural transferring population.
