摘要
选择海参产业上升期为研究阶段,以海参加工品作为研究对象商品,针对大连地区海参加工的大型企业及该地区海参加工品市场进行实地调研.通过对事例企业养殖生产、加工、销售等经营活动以及对大连海参加工品市场的现状分析,论证了加工企业的企业经营战略对海参市场整体扩大所起到的作用,证明了加工企业的一系列经营活动是水产品市场快速扩大的主要原因之一.
Abstract
Selecting the rising period of sea cucumber industry as the research stage, and taking sea cucumber processing products as object of study, the large enterprises dealing with sea cucumber processing in Dalian and the market of their products in the region were investigated on the spot.Through the analysis of the status quo of the cultivation, production, processing and sale of enterprises in case enterprises and the sea cucumber processing products market in Dalian, the role of the enterprise management strategy of the processing enterprise in the overall expansion of the sea cucumber market was demonstrated, which was proved that a series of business activities of processing enterprises is one of the main reasons for the rapid expansion of aquatic products market.
