摘要
在分析食品安全学课程教学现状以及必要性的情况下,对此提出理论与实践相结合的创新性改革,以培养学生用多角度的思维方式去处理实际问题,使他们成为当今社会所需的食品安全专业人才.
Abstract
The teaching status and the necessity of food security were analyzed, while the innovative reform of combining the theory and prac-tice was point out,which can cultivate students to deal with the real problems and make them become professionals of food safety in today' s so-ciety.
