摘要
分析了目前生化实验教学中存在的主要问题,主要是实验条件配置不合理,教材和教学内容陈旧,教学方式单一,学生主体地位丢失,考核方式单一.从培养适应社会发展所需要的高素质人才角度出发,提出了生化实验教学改革的方案,强调合理配置实验条件,精心组织实验内容,改革教学模式,增强学生的创新能动性,建立科学的成绩评估体系.旨在全面提高生物化学实验的教学质量.
Abstract
The main problems existing in biochemistry experiment teaching were analyzed, mainly including the unreasonable experimental con-ditions,the outdated teaching materials and teaching methods, the loss of students'main status and the singleness of examination methods.The scheme of biochemical experiment teaching reform was put forward from the angle of training high-quality talents to meet the needs of social de-velopment,which emphasized the rational allocation of experimental conditions, organizated experimental content carefully, reformed teaching mode,strengthened initiative of students,and established a scientific achievement evaluation system.The purpose is to improve the teaching quality of Biochemistry experiment.
