摘要

[目的]筛选出适合加工千岛银珍荼的无性系茶树良种.[方法]对中白1号白化荼品种和茂绿、中荼108、春雨1号、杭荼21、鸠坑早等10个品种的产能性状和制得荼样的感官品质、理化成分、香气成分等进行比较分析.[结果]中白1号、茂绿和浙农117品种芽头肥壮,产能较高,且制得的茶样品质较好,审评总分高于对照鸠坑群体种2分以上.[结论]中白1号、茂绿和浙农117等品种较为适合加工千岛银珍茶.

Abstract

[Objective] To select tea cultivars suitable for processing Qimadaoyinzhen tea.[Method] The yield traits of 10 tea varieties such as Zhongbai No.1 which was an albino tea cultivar,Maolü,Zhongcha 108,Chunyu No.1,Hangcha 21,Jiukengzao,etc,and the sensory quality,chemical compositions and aroma components of the samples processed with these breeds,were compared and analyzed.[Result] The buds of Zhongcha No.1,Maoltü and Zhenong 117 were bigger,and the yield potential was higher.The sensory quality of tea samples processed with the three varieties was better.The total scores of sensory evaluation were more than 2 points higher than that of Jiukeng group breed.[Conclusion] Zhongbai No.1,Maolüi and Zhenong 117 were more suitable for processing Qiandaoyinzhen tea.
