摘要
肠道不仅是养分消化吸收的重要场所,也是机体重要的免疫屏障,肠道的健康水平决定着动物的机能状态.谷氨酰胺(Gln)是肠道能量代谢基质,在促进肠道上皮细胞增殖、维持肠道结构和功能完整性方面发挥重要作用.综述了Gln对动物肠道生长发育及功能的影响,为进一步研究Gln对肠道健康和功能的调控机制提供参考依据.
Abstract
Intestine is not only an important site responsible for digestion and absorption of nutrients,but also an important immune barrier.The function state of animals is determined by intestine health.Glutamine(Gln),a substrate for intestine metabolism,plays an important roles in promoting intestinal epithelial proliferation and maintaining the structure and functions of intestinal mucosa.This paper reviewed the effects of Gln on intestinal development and functions,which will provide references for further investigation for the regulation and mechanism of Gln on intestine tract health and functions.
