摘要

[目的]对比分析黄芩地上部分和地下部分中挥发性化学成分差异.[方法]采用正己烷蒸馏法从黄芩中提取挥发性成分,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对黄芩中的挥发性成分进行了测定.[结果]在黄芩地上和地下部分各鉴定出27种化学成分,其中地上部分含量较高的主要有新植二烯(7.26%)、维生素E(7.42%)和5-烯-3-豆甾酮(11.31%)等,地下部分高含量的成分主要为亚油酸(14.05%)、油酸(8.47%)、Bis(2-乙基己基)邻苯二甲酸(5.29%)和麦角醇(4.51%).虽然地上和地下部分在主成分上存在较大差异,但也含有部分相同化合物,如橙花叔醇、棕榈酸、邻苯二甲酸、角鲨烯、4-烯-3-豆甾酮及部分烷烃类.[结论]黄芩地上和地下部分的挥发性成分中含有多种化学成分,主要包括烷烃、酸、烯烃、酯、醛、甾醇等类,该研究为充分利用黄芩资源提供科学依据.

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to compare the different chemical constituents among essential oils from the aboveground part and the underground part of Scutellaria baicalensis.[Method] Volatile components were extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis by N-hexane distillation and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).[Result] There were 27 components isolated and identified from the essential oils between the aboveground part and the underground part of Scutellaria baicalensis.The main constituents of the aboveground part were Neophytadiene (7.26%),Vitamin E (7.42%) and stigmast-5-en-3-ol (11.31%).The main constituents of the underground part were linoleic acid (14.05%),oleic acid (8.47%),1,2-Benzene dicarboxylic acid (5.29%) and 9,10-didehydro-8-hydroxymethyl-6-methyl-ergolin (4.51%).There were many differences between the principal components of the aboveground and the underground parts.But they also had something in common such as nerolidol,Hexadecanoic acid,1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid,squalene,stigmast-4-en-3-one and partial alkanes.[Conclusion] The volatile components of the Scutellaria baicalensis contains a variety of the chemical constituents including alkanes,acids,olefins,esters,aldehydes,sterols and other chemical composition from the aboveground and the underground parts.This study provides scientific basis for the full utilization of Scutellaria baicalensis resources.
