细叶百合花质量标准研究

摘要
[目的]制定符合国家及生产企业中药检验要求的细叶百合花药材质量标准.[方法]参照《中国药典》2015年版四部通用检测方法分别测定了细叶百合花的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、浸出物含量.采用吸光光度法测定了细叶百合花醇溶性提取物的吸光度.[结果]依据中药质量标准制定指导原则及相关检测方法,确定细叶百合花水分含量不得超过14.00％,总灰分不得超过9.00％,酸不溶性灰分不得过1.00％;醇溶性提取物吸光度在(472±2)nm波长处,不得低于0.500;水溶性浸出物不得少于40.00％.[结论]该试验所制定的细叶百合花质量标准符合国家有关中药材质量标准制定要求,能够对细叶百合花的质量进行控制,同时可以用于其他百合花类药材质量控制的参考.
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to estabish the qulity standard that was in line with the inspection requirements of national and manufacturers for Lilium pumilum DC..[Method] The contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and leaching content of Lilium pumilum DC.were determined by according to the related determination method in Ⅳ-part of Chinese Pharmacopeia in 2015.The absorbance of the alcohol-soluble extract was determined by spectrophotometry.[Result] According to the guiding principles of the development of traditional Chinese medicine quality standards and related testing methods,the water content of Lilium pumilum DC.was not more than 14.00％,the total ash should be less than 9.00％,acid-insoluble ash should be less than 1.00％;the absorbance of the alcoholic extract should be more than 0.500 at the wavelength of (472 ± 2) nm;the water soluble extract should be more than 40.00％.[Conclusion] The quality standard of Lilium pumilum DC.was conformed to the state requirements of traditional chinese medicinal examination,it can control the quality of Lilium pumilum DC.and can be used as a reference for the quality control of other classes of Lilium pumilum DC..
