摘要

[目的]研究9种植物精油及精油单体成分对黄瓜枯萎病的抑菌活性.[方法]采用滤纸片法和试管梯度稀释法测定了9种精油及精油单体成分对黄瓜枯萎病的抑菌活性.[结果]与阳性对照福美双相比,异硫氰酸丙烯酯和肉桂精油对黄瓜枯萎病的抑制作用较强,抑菌圈直径分别达(32.0±0.3)和(20.4±0.2)mm.异硫氰酸丙烯酯对黄瓜枯萎病的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)与最小杀菌浓度(MFC)均为0.049 μL/mL,肉桂精油对黄瓜枯萎病菌的MIC和MFC均为0.098 μL/mL,其余精油及精油单体的抑菌效果较弱.[结论]异硫氰酸丙烯酯和肉桂精油对黄瓜枯萎病的抑菌活性较好,具有进一步研究的价值.

Abstract

[Objective] The antifungal activity of nine essential oils and essential oil monomers was tested against Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.cucumerinum.[Method] The antifungal activity of nine essential oils and essential oil monomers was studied by using filter paper-research and broth dilution method.[Result] The inhibition zone of allyl isothiocyanate and cinnamon essential oil on Fusarium oxysporumf sp.cucumerinum were (32.0 ± 0.3) and (20.4 ± 0.2) mm,respectively,compared with the positive control.The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimal fungicidal concentration (MFC) on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum of the allyl isothiocyanate were both 0.049 μL/mL,and the MIC and MFC on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum of the cinnamon oil were both 0.098 μL/mL.Their antifungal effect was close to thiram.But the inhibition effects of the rest of essential oils and essential oil monomers were weaker.[Conclusion]Allyl isothiocyanate and cinnamon essential oil had better antifungal effects,which was important to further research and develop.
