摘要
分析了中国热带农业科学院档案馆数字化建设的现状、档案数字化业务外包的可行性和推广应用前景,衡量了农业科研档案数字化业务外包的利与弊,探究了科技档案数字化外包过程中的安全管理问题与应对策略.旨在加快现代农业科研成果的转化和推广,发展热带农业科研事业.
Abstract
The present situation of digital construction of archives of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences was analyzed,as well as the feasibility of outsourcing digital archives and prospect of popularization and application.The advantages and disadvantages of the outsourcing of agricultural scientific research archives were measured,and the security management problems and countermeasures in the process of digital archives outsourcing were explored.The purpose was to speed up the transformation and popularization of modem agricultural scientific research achievements and develop tropical agricultural scientific research undertakings.
