摘要
山竹外果皮含有很多果胶、色素、多酚等可利用成分,具有很好的发展潜力.对山竹果皮组成、功效以及应用进行了综述,同时展望了其未来综合利用前景,为更好地开发利用山竹果皮资源提供参考.
Abstract
Mangosteen pericarp contains a lot of pectin,pigment,polyphenols and other available ingredients,has a very good development potential.In this paper,the composition,efficacy and application of mangosteen pericarp were reviewed,and the future prospects were also discussed,to provide reference for better development and utilization of resources of mangosteen pericarp.
