边疆农业院校少数民族大学生的基本特征及教育管理研究——以云南农业大学为例

摘要
通过对326名边疆农业院校少数民族大学生的家庭状况、学习、生活和社交能力等内容的问卷调查和深入访谈,掌握少数民族大学生的差异性特点,主要是贫困学生较多、生活俭朴,求知欲强、学习刻苦,有较强的民族自尊心,文化基础薄弱等.对有效促进少数民族大学生全面健康成长的特殊教育管理路径和模式进行探讨,主张要加强爱国主义教育,重视心理健康,通过搭建平台帮助少数民族大学生成长,建立和谐的校园文化环境.
Abstract
Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews on the family status,learning,life and social ability of 326 minority students in frontier agricultural universities,the difference charactersfics of minority college students are summarized as poor students are more,simple living,thirst for knowledge,study hard,have a strong national pride,weak cultural foundation,etc.The special education management path and mode to effectively promote the comprehensive and healthy growth of minority college students are discussed,which advocated to strengthen patriotism education,pay attention to mental health,build a platform to help minority college students grow up,and establish a harmonious campus culture environment.
