摘要
在对成都市扶贫开发现状进行调研的基础上,认为精神扶贫是减贫反贫的根本;加强精神扶贫是成都市巩固减贫反贫成果和在中西部地区率先实现农村全面小康的需要;打赢扶贫攻坚战,必须要发挥好精神扶贫的作用.同时,就如何加强精神扶贫,激发贫困群众内生动力,从扶“志”“智”“稚”“职”“质”等方面提出了思考和建议.
Abstract
Based on survey on the current situations of poverty alleviation in Chengdu,this article believed that spiritual poverty alleviation is the root of poverty reduction and poverty alleviation.Strengtheniing spiritual poverty alleviation is a basic need for consolidating results achieved in poverty alleviation in Chengdu and building a moderately prosperous society in middle and western part of China.Winning the tough battle of poverty alleviation requires spiritual poverty alleviation to play its due part.In the meantime,in terms of strengthening spiritual poverty alleviation and encouraging endogenous power of poor people,this article proposed thinkings and advices from aspects including" aspiration" "wisdom" "youth" "responsibility" and "quality".
