摘要
牡丹花大色艳、花姿优美、花味芳香,具有极高的观赏价值,但由于花期集中且短暂,严重影响了其观赏时效.因此,在生产上采用促成栽培的技术方法使牡丹开出“不时之花”十分必要.从牡丹促成栽培原理与技术措施、促成栽培生理生化研究、促成栽培分子机理等方面论述了牡丹促成栽培的研究进展.针对当前牡丹促成栽培过程中存在的问题提出了建议和展望,以期为今后牡丹促成栽培提供理论指导.
Abstract
Tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.) has extremely high ornamental value due to its large,colorful and beautiful blooms.However,the florescence is concentrated and short,which is a problem to meet the demand of appreciating flowers.As a result,forcing culture of tree peony in practice is necessary to promote tree peony flowering annually.This paper reviewed the aspects of tree peony forcing culture,including principle and technology,research of physiology and biochemistry,and molecular mechanism.In view of the current problems of the research,some suggestions and prospects were put forward to provide theoretical guidance for the future research of tree peony forcing culture.
