不同市场销售中药紫草的质量调查研究

摘要
[目的]调查市场上不同批次中药紫草的质量情况.[方法]优选提取方法后同时采用冷浸法和温浸法,以95％乙醇作为溶剂,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定13个不同批次的紫草中羟基萘醌总色素的含量.[结果]13批紫草中羟基萘醌总色素的含量差异较大,且只有3个批次紫草中羟基萘醌总色素的含量在冷浸法和温浸法2种方法提取时均大于0.8％,另有2个批次紫草中羟基萘醌总色素的含量只在温浸法时大于0.8％.[结论]目前市场上销售的中药紫草质量品质参差不齐,且有很大一部分紫草的质量并不过关.
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the quality of Chinese herbal medicine Arnebiae Radix of different batches on the market.[Method] After optimizing extraction method,using cold-soaking method and warm-soaking method at the same time and using 95％ ethanol as solvent,the contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix from 13 different batches were determined by UV-Vis spectrometry.[Result] The contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix from 13 different batches were great different.The contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix of 3 different batches were greater than 0.8％ extracted by cold-soaking method and warm-soaking method.The contents of total pigment of hydroxyl naphthoquinone in Arnebiae Radix of other two different batches were greater than 0.8％ extracted only by warm-soaking method.[Conclusion] The quality of Arnebiae Radix on the market was mixed and the quality of a large part of Arnebiae Radix was not pass.
