摘要
杜仲叶属可再生资源,产量巨大,由于其活性成分含量丰富,药理作用突出,因而受到了研究者的广泛关注.综述了杜仲叶的主要活性成分最新研究进展,为杜仲叶的进一步开发和在食品、医药中的应用提供了参考.
Abstract
Eucommia ulmoides leaves were renewable resources and huge yield,Eucommia ulmoides leaves were widely concerned by researchers because its rich of active components and pharmacological effects.The paper introduced about the recent research progress of active components of Eucommia ulmoides leaves,which provides the references for the further development and its application in food and medicine of Eucommia ulmoides leaves.
