摘要
近年来,分子标记技术已经在竹亚科植物种质资源鉴定、遗传图谱构建、基因定位以及良种选育中得到较为广泛的运用.介绍了常用的分子标记技术及其在竹亚科植物遗传多样性研究中的应用,指出今后应加强分子标记技术在竹亚科植物遗传图谱构建、遗传多样性分析、种质资源的鉴定、辅助选择育种等方面的研究.
Abstract
In recent years,molecular marker technology has been widely applied to Bambsoideae for identification of germplasm resources,construction of genetic maps,gene mapping and breeding of various crops.The several of molecular markers and application in the study of genetic diversity of Bambsoideae had been discussed in the present article.It has been suggested that the application of molecular markers should be strengthened for the construction of genetic maps,genetic analysis,identification of germplasm and marker assisted-selection.
