摘要

[目的]研究翅荚木大规模育苗的最佳条件.[方法]用45、55、65、75℃4种不同温度的温水浸种,研究不同水温浸种对翅荚木种子发芽率的影响;设3种不同播种基质:黄心土:泥炭土=7∶3、黄心土:泥炭土=6∶4、黄心土:泥炭土=5∶5,研究不同基质对翅荚木苗木生长的影响.[结果]采用65℃温水浸种,翅荚木种子的平均发芽率达93.59%;容器育苗以黄心土:泥炭土=5∶5作为基质的效果最佳,播种60d后,翅荚木的平均地径达0.21 cm,平均苗高达0.321 m.[结论]该研究可为翅荚木的进一步推广种植提供科学依据.

Abstract

[Objective] To study the optimum conditions for large scale seedling raising of Zenia insign~.[Method] The effects of soaking with 4 water temperature at 45,55,65,75 ℃ on the gemination rate of seeds were studied;setting 3 kinds of different sowing substrates:yellow:peat =7∶3,yellow soil:peat =6∶4,yellow soil:peat =5∶5,the effect of different substrates on the growth ofZenia insignis seedlings was studied.[Result]The average germination rate of Zenia insignis seeds reached 93.59% by soaking seeds with warm water at 65 ℃.Container seedling with yellow soil:peat =5:5 as the matrix effect was the best,60 d after sowing,the average ground diameter was 0.21 cm,the average seedling height was 0.321 m.[Conclusion]This study can provide a scientific basis for further promotion of the planting of Zenia insignis.
