摘要
针对田园综合体提出的时代背景、发展历程,认为田园综合体是现代农业发展的必然趋势,也是继农业产业园、美丽乡村、特色小镇、全域旅游之后农业发展进步到更高阶段的产物.结合武汉现代都市农业规划设计院多年来开展的规划设计实践,总结了田园综合体建设及运作思路,从规划角度探讨了田园综合体规划体系的构建,以期为新时期全国的田园综合体的规划提供一定的思路借鉴与模式参考.最后,通过细数武汉都市农业发展的历程和亮点,针对武汉市田园综合体的发展提出了策略与建议.
Abstract
According to the historical background and development of Pastoral Complex,that the Pastoral Complex is a inevitable trend in the development of modem agriculture,and also following the Agricultural Industrial Park,beautiful countryside,town features,global tourism after the agricultural development progress to the higher stage of the product.The planning and design practice of modem urban agriculture of Wuhan planning and Design Institute carried out over the years,summed up the construction and operation of pastoral complex ideas,discusses the construction of rural complex planning system from the planning perspective,to provide a reference for the ideas and mode of the new pastoral complex period plauning.Finally,through the analysis of the course and highlights of Wuhan urban agriculture development,this paper puts forward some strategies and snggestions for the development of Wuhan pastoral complex.
