摘要

[目的]研究木薯渣复合基质在辣椒育苗上的应用效果.[方法]以辣椒为试验材料,对以木薯渣、椰糠、蛭石和珍珠岩为基础原料,不同水平的有机肥、硝酸钙、缓释肥和硫酸亚铁为辅助原料所配制而成的9个育苗基质配方进行筛选试验.对各生理和生长指标进行综合比较.[结果]T3基质配方在辣椒上的育苗效果最好,出苗率为93.6%,叶绿素含量比对照提高了38.0%,株高和茎粗的测定值均极显著高于对照,辣椒幼苗的干鲜重最大,与对照相比均有极显著的增加,分别增加了50.2%和51.2%,通过计算所得的壮苗指数也最高,极显著的高于对照;其次为T5和T2基质配方.[结论]该研究可为木薯渣复合基质在辣椒育苗上的应用提供指导.

Abstract

[Objective]To study application effect of compound substrate with cassava dregs in pepper seedling. [Method] Using pepper as test materimal , pepper were planted in the substrate that was made up of cassava dregs,peat,perlite and vermiculite mixed with different level of or-ganic matter ,camcium nitrate,slow-release fertilizer and ferrous sulfate. There were nine different substrates screened by the growth and physio-logical indexes of pepper seedlings. [ Result] Pepper seedlings planted in T3 substrate were better than other substrates. The emergence rate was 93. 6%;The chlorophyll content increased by 38. 0% compared with control;The plant height and stem diameter were significantly higher than that of control;The fresh and dry weight were both the biggest,increaded by 50. 2% and 51. 2% compared with control;The seedling strength in-dex was the highest and significantly higher than that of control. The next were T5 and T2 treatment . [Conclusion]The research can provide refer-ence for applying compound substrate with cassava dregs in pepper seedling
