摘要
[目的]分析云南省不同产地和不同采收时间对铁皮石斛品质的影响.[方法]通过对云南省3个栽培基地所生产的铁皮石斛进行为期一年的跟踪调查,检测其多糖含量以及醇溶液浸出物含量,分析云南省不同产地生产的铁皮石斛之间品质差异,以及同一产地生产的铁皮石斛品质与采收时期之间的相关性.[结果]同一地点两年生铁皮石斛在全年各个采收期中采收时,其多糖和醇溶液浸出物的含量有所差异,3个地区的多糖含量和醇溶液浸出物含量在全年中都呈现出稳定的、相似的趋势.3个地区大棚产铁皮石斛的多糖含量在春季、冬季出现显著性差异,其醇溶液浸出物含量在春、秋、冬季都有显著性差异.[结论]该研究为铁皮石斛栽培选址的选择以及采收品质的控制提供参考.
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to analysis the effects of different producing areas and harvest time on the quality of Dendrobium offi-cinale. [Method] Through the follow-up investigation of Dendrobium officinale produced in three cultivation bases in Yunnan Province for one year,the polysaccharide content and the content of alcohol extract were tested,the quality differences between Dendrobium officinale grown in dif-ferent areas in Yunnan Province and the correlation between the quality of Dendrobium officinale and the harvest time in the same place were ana-lyzed. [Result]When the two-year-old Dendrobium officinale was harvested in different harvesting periods throughout the year,the contents of pol-ysaccharides and alcohol extracts were different,the polysaccharide content and the content of alcohol solution extract in the three regions all showed stable and similar trends throughout the year. The contents of polysaccharides in Dendrobium officinale from three areas were significantly different in spring and winter,and the contents of alcohol extract were significantly different in spring,autumn and winter. [Conclusion]This study provides a reference for the selection of Dendrobium officinale cultivation site and the control of harvesting quality.
