摘要
化学诱变是作物改良中变异性状的重要来源之一,是目前应用较为广泛的诱变育种技术.综述了以叠氮化钠(NaN3)为诱变剂的化学诱变技术在作物性状改良方面的研究进展,并展望了NaN3诱变的应用前景,以期为相关研究者提供参考.
Abstract
Chemical mutagenesis is one of the most important sources of variation traits in crop improvement. It is the most widely used muta-genic breeding technology. In this paper, the chemical mutagenesis technology with sodium azide ( NaN3 ) as a mutagen was reviewed, and the research progress on the improvement of crop characters was reviewed, the application of sodium azide was prospected,in order to provide ref-erence for the relevant researchers.
