摘要

[目的]探究3种棕榈科(Palmae)植物挥发物(VOCs)组分.[方法]采用活体植物动态顶空采集法收集长叶刺葵(Phoenix canari-ensis Chabaud)、丝葵[Washingtonia filifera(Lind.)H.Wendl.]和软叶刺葵(Phoenix hanceana O'Brien)3种棕榈科植物VOCs,利用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析了这3种植物VOCs的主要成分.[结果]3种棕榈科植物挥发物组分有萜烯类、醇类、烷烃、酯类、酚类、醌类和醛类,且萜烯类和醇类等为主要成分.[结论]3种植物皆含有诱集椰心叶甲的关键化合物,该研究结果为棕榈科植物虫害的综合防治提供了理论依据.

Abstract

[Objective]To study the constituents of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in Palmae. [Method] VOCs from Phoenix canariensis Chabaud, Washingtonia filifera( Lind. ) H. Wendl and Phoenix roebeleniiO' Brien were collected by using the dynamic headspace air-circula-tion method. Then, the main VOCs compounds were identified with system gas chromatography-mass spectrum(GC-MS). [Result]VOCs in 3 kinds of Palmae plants contained terpenes, alcohols, alkanes, esters, phenols, quinones and aldehydes, in which the most abundant com-pounds were terpenes, alcohols,etc. . [Conclusion]3 kinds of Palmae plants all contain the key components that attracting Brontispa longissi-ma ( Gestro) . The result provided a theoretical basis for integrated pest management on Palmae.
