摘要
基于江苏省某个具体的滨海盐碱地开发利用项目投资预算编制工作,运用对比分析的方法对其投资预算成果进行分析、研究.结果表明:江苏滨海盐碱地开发利用投资预算具有盐碱地改良工程投资比重大、总投资计划进度期限长、单位面积投资高、单位投资新增耕地多的特点.同时提出江苏滨海盐碱地开发利用项目投资估算参考标准,以供借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the work of the investment budget of a specitic project about coastal saline land exploitation in Jiangsu Province, the paper analyzed and studies the investment budget results by comparative analysis. The results showed that the investment budget of coastal saline land exploitation in Jiangsu has the feature of large proportion of saline land exploitation engineering investment, long investment schedule, high in-vestment per unit area and new cultivated land. At the same time, it put forward the investment estimation reference standard of coastal saline land exploitation in Jiangsu for reference.
