摘要

利用产业结构高级化指数、土地经济密度和协调度模型,探讨了韶关市产业结构、土地利用以及两者协调关系的时间演变特征,并比较了其与广东省内外13个欠发达城市在上述3个方面的差异.结果表明:研究期内韶关市产业结构高级化指数和土地经济密度总体呈上升趋势,两者协调度由严重失调逐渐发展到优质协调;与其他欠发达城市相比,韶关市产业结构高级化指数、产业结构高级化与土地经济密度的协调度位列第一,但GDP总量、土地经济密度偏低,二三产业总比重也还有一定的上升空间.根据研究结果对韶关市未来的产业发展与土地利用提出了建议.

Abstract

This Paper discussed the industrial structure, land use and the coordination relationship between them with industrial structure so-phistication index, land economic density, and coordination degree, and compared the differences among Shaoguan City and the other 13 un-developed cities in or out the province. The results showed that:the industrial structure sophistication index and land economic density of Sha-oguan City had increased trends on the whole during the study period, and the coordination between them had changed from serious imbalance to excellent coordination;the industrial structure sophistication index, and the coordination degree between it and land economic density of Sha-oguan City ranked first, while the GDP gross and land economic density were low, and there were some room for the sum proportion of second-ary industry and tertiary industry to improve compared with the other developed cities. Finally, some recommendations about industrial devel-opment and land use were put forward for Shaoguan City according to the results.
