提高烤烟等级质量的对策措施——以湖南省宁乡县为例

摘要
利用2012—2014年湖南省宁乡县烟叶收购检查数据,对烟叶等级质量变化情况和成因进行了分析.为了进一步提高烟叶等级质量,根据宁乡烟叶发展情况,提出了相应的对策建议:应从提高质量意识入手,加大培训力度,强化标准化生产,提高烟叶质量水平,推行集中专业化分级,优化收购流程,严把收购质量关,充分发挥收购引导生产的作用.
Abstract
Change of tobacco grade quality and the causes were analyzed using data from inspection of tobacco leaf purchuasing during 2012-2014. In order to further improve the of tobacco grade quality, according to the characteristics of development of tobacco production in Ningxiang County,relevant countermeasures suggestions were put forward:We should improve the quality of consciousness at first, increase training efforts, to strengthen the standardization of production of the tobacco production and increase quality level, practice centralized professional classification, optimize the acquisition process,manage the acquisition quality strictly, use of acquisitions to guide production.
