摘要
资产收益扶持制度是实现精准扶贫的一项创新性的政策手段.以云南省大关县为研究对象,采用SWOT分析法对大关县资产收益扶贫方式在精准扶贫中存在的优势、劣势、面临的机会和挑战进行了分析,为促进西部贫困地区精准扶贫工作提供参考.
Abstract
Asset income support system is an innovative policy tool to achieve precise poverty alleviation. Taking Daguan County of Yunnan Province as the research object, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the poverty alleviation mode of assets income in Daguan County by using SWOT analysis method,and provides reference for promoting the poverty alleviation work in the poor areas of Western China.
