摘要
[目的]筛选烤烟青枯病和黑胫病的拮抗菌.[方法]通过小区试验研究了不同生防菌剂对烤烟青枯病和黑胫病的防治效果.[结果]防治烟草青枯病的处理10、处理11、处理12拮抗菌的抑制作用较显著,防治黑胫病的处理18和处理22拮抗菌的抑制作用较显著,结合经济性状看,处理12和处理18表现较优.[结论]试验结果为进一步研究土传病害的生态防治措施提供了理论依据.
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to screen out antagonistic bacteria against granville wilt and blank shank on flue-cured tobacco.[Method] The control effect of different bacterial agents on granville wilt and blank shank on flue-cured tobacco were studied through plot test.[Result] The antagonism of the inhibitory action of T10-T12 to granville wilt had significant effect, and the antagonism of the inhibitory action of T18 and T22 to blank shank had significant effect.Combining economic traits, the treatments of T12 and T18 performed better.[Conclusion]The results provide theoretical basis for studying ecological control measures of soil borne disease .
