摘要
依据泰兴市土地利用变更调查成果对2009—2016年泰兴市的土地利用状况、各地类面积变化、土地开发利用强度等情况进行细致梳理,分析全市近8年的人地协调情况.结果表明,2009—2016年泰兴市的土地利用率逐年提高,土地开发强度也逐渐增大.未来仍需加强土地资源节约集约利用,实行建设用地总量控制和减量化管理,逐步实现高效开发与规模经营的目标.
Abstract
Based on the data land change survey results of Taixing during 2009-2016, the land use condition,the changes of the area and the intensity of land exploitation were analyzed.The results shows that with the land use improvement,land development intensity also gradually increases during 2009-2016.So,we should strengthen the intensive use of land resources,and carry out the total control and the reduce quantitative management of the construction land to realize the goal of efficient development and scale operation .
