摘要
介绍了5S管理的内涵,分析了农产品质量安全检测实验室存在的人、机、法、环、料5个方面的问题,同时对5S管理模式引入实验室管理进行了分析讨论,提出了实施方法和步骤.
Abstract
The connotation of 5S management was introduced.The five problems of human, machine, law, ring and material in the laboratory of quality and safety of agricultural products were analyzed.The introduction of 5S management model into laboratory management was discussed,and the methods and steps were put forward.
