工科专业的生物信息学课程教学改革研究

摘要
针对生物信息学的学科特点和教学现状,结合浙江大学宁波理工学院工科专业该课程的教学实践,初步对课程教学内容、教学方法和考核方法进行了积极探索,重点讨论了教学过程中如何强化理论与实践相结合,提高工科大学生的实践能力,旨在为该课程的有效教学提供参考.
Abstract
In order to improve the teaching of bioinformatics effectively, the curriculum content, teaching methods, assessment methods were reformed according to the subject characteristics and teaching situation of bioinformatics, combining with the teaching practice of the course in engineering majors of Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University.The emphasis of the discussion focused on strengthening the combination of theory and practice of teaching, improving the practice ability of engineering undergraduates, providing reference on teaching this course.
