摘要

QuEChERS方法快速、简单、便宜、高效、安全,被认为是很可靠的分析方法,在农药残留分析方面取得了重大进展.QuEChERS方法可有效分析其他化合物,包括各种复杂基质中的药物、真菌毒素等.概述了QuEChERS方法起源及研究过程,及其在农药、药物、毒素等领域的应用及优化,为QuEChERS方法应用发展提供参考.

Abstract

The QuEChERS method is fast,simple,inexpensive,efficient,and safe,and is widely regarded as a reliable analytical method,making significant progress in pesticide residue analysis.The QuEChERS method can effectively analyze other compounds,including drugs and fungal toxins in various complex matrices.This paper provides an overview of the origin and research process of the QuEChERS method,as well as its application and optimization in fields such as pesticides,drugs,toxins,etc.,providing reference for the application and develop-ment of the QuEChERS method.
