多效唑对早春嫁接西瓜幼苗生长和生理指标的影响

以白籽南瓜为嫁接砧木,分别采用基质喷施、砧木子叶喷施不同浓度多效唑(0、10、20、30、40、50 mg/L)处理,分析不同浓度多效唑及不同喷施方式对早春嫁接西瓜幼苗生长和生理指标的影响.结果表明,一定浓度的多效唑处理可抑制西瓜嫁接苗的徒长,增加茎粗、壮苗指数、根系活力以及抗氧化物酶活性,利于培育健壮种苗.基质喷施多效唑的适宜浓度为30 mg/L,砧木子叶喷施多效唑的适宜浓度为40 mg/L.
Effects of Paclobutrazole on Growth and Physiological Indexes of Grafted Watermelon Seedlings
Using white seed pumpkin as grafting rootstock,different concentrations of paclobutrazol(0,10,20,30,40,50 mg/L)were sprayed on substrate and rootstock cotyledons to analyze the effects of different concentrations of paclobutrazol and spraying methods on the growth and physiological indicators of early spring grafted watermelon seedlings.The results showed that a certain concentration of paclobutrazol treatment could inhibit the elongation of watermelon grafted seedlings,increase stem diameter,seedling index,root activity and antioxidant en-zyme activity,which was beneficial for cultivating healthy seedlings.The optimal concentration of paclobutrazole was 30 mg/L.The optimal concentration of paclobutrazole sprayed on rootstock was 40 mg/L.
