摘要
选取2种猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体ELISA检测试剂盒进行符合率、敏感性(Dse)、特异性(Dsp)、批内重复性(Re)比较分析,以期了解国产试剂盒与进口试剂盒在试验结果上的差异性.结果显示:通过对45份临床样品进行检测发现金诺试剂盒检测敏感性(Dse)为84%,检测特异性(Dsp)为100%,2种试剂盒总符合率为91.11%.该研究结果为实验室检测猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体提供了试剂盒选用参考.
Abstract
Two kinds of ELISA Kit for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome antibody were selected to compare the coincidence rate,sensitivity(Dse),specificity(Dsp)and in-batch repeatability(Re),in order to understand the differences of experimental results between do-mestic and imported kits.The results showed that the detection sensitivity(Dse)and detection specificity(Dsp)of Jinnuo kit to 45 clinical samples were 84%and 100%,respectively.The total coincidence rate of the two kinds of kits was 91.11%.The study results provided refer-ences for the selection of laboratory kits for the detection of antibodies to porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.
