北京市农村干部对社会工作认知比较研究

摘要
村干部既是乡村基层治理的关键人物,也是农村社会工作发展的重要本土化人才.以村干部为研究对象进行问卷调查,针对远郊农村和近郊农村村干部对社会工作认知进行比较研究.结果表明,远郊农村干部对社会工作认知、接受的服务和相关培训显著低于近郊农村,然而,近郊农村干部和远郊农村在社工服务需求、培训需求和考社工证的需求程度上没有显著差异.近郊农村与远郊农村在社会工作服务资源上呈现不均衡的状态,在乡村振兴背景下,可通过培训、政府购买服务项目等方式,向远郊农村地区增加社会工作服务资源供给.
Abstract
Village cadres are not only the key figures in rural grassroots governance,but also important localized talents in the development of rural social work.This paper takes village cadres as the research object to conduct a questionnaire survey,and makes a comparative study on the cognition of rural cadres on social work in the outer suburbs and the inner suburbs.The results show that the rural cadres in the outer sub-urbs have significantly lower awareness of social work,services and related training than the rural cadres in the inner suburbs.However,there is no significant difference between the rural cadres in the inner suburbs and the rural cadres in the outer suburbs in the degree of social work service needs,training needs and the degree of social work certificate needs.In the background of rural revitalization,we should increase the supply of social work service resources to the exurbs by means of training and government purchasing service projects.
