摘要

高职院校畜牧类专业作为高技能畜禽生产人才培养的主阵地,承担着有效缓解高端畜牧技术技能人才短缺与低技能人才过剩的结构性矛盾的使命.基于现代学徒制管理模式,从分析现代学徒制人才培养存在的问题入手,以校企联动培养平台搭建为基础,围绕创新人才培养模式、构建岗课赛证课程体系、构建课堂教学模式、双导师创新教学团队创建、课程资源开发五位一体,提出建设策略,以提高教育质量,为畜牧类专业人才培养提供参考.

Abstract

As the main battle position of training high-skilled talents for livestock and poultry production,the major of animal husbandry in higher vocational colleges undertakes the mission of effectively alleviating the structural contradiction between the shortage of high-level live-stock technical talents and the surplus of low-skilled talents.Based on the modern apprenticeship management mode,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the training of modern apprenticeship talents,and built the platform of school-enterprise linkage training talents.Centering on the path of innovative talent training mode,the construction of post-class competition certificate curriculum system,the construction of class-room teaching mode,the creation of dual-tutor innovative teaching team,the development of curriculum resources,etc.,the construction strat-egies were put forward in order to improve the quality of education,and provide references for the training of professional talents in animal hus-bandry.
