鱼鳞是一种天然可再生的生物复合材料,主要由胶原蛋白和羟基磷灰石组成.鱼鳞和以鱼鳞为主要基质的生物复合材料因其具有良好的生物相容性、生物降解性、多活性基团、分级结构、高韧性等性能,在生物填料、重金属离子吸附、医疗卫生和电子领域显示出诸多优势,应用前景广阔.将鱼鳞转化为功能材料,可以避免资源浪费,实现鱼鳞的商业价值.介绍了鱼鳞的结构以及以鱼鳞为主要基质的衍生功能材料,列举了在生产生活中的应用,为鱼鳞及其衍生物的应用研究提供参考方向.
Research Progress in the Application of Fish Scales as Multifunctional Biomaterials
Fish scale is a natural renewable biological composite material,mainly composed of collagen and hydroxyapatite.Due to their good biocompatibility,biodegradability,multi-active groups,hierarchical structure,high toughness and other properties,fish scales and biocompos-ites based on fish scales have shown many advantages in the fields of biological fillers,heavy metal ion adsorption,medical and health care and electronics,and have broad application prospects.Converting fish scales into functional materials can avoid waste of resources and realize the commercial value of fish scales.This paper introduces the structure of fish scales and the derivative functional materials with fish scales as the main matrix,lists the application in production and life,and provides a reference direction for the application research of fish scales and their derivatives.
