Effects of Different Temperatures on Germination and Physiological Indexs of Allium mongolicum Regel Under Light Treament
In order to explore the optimal conditions of Allium mongolicum seed germination, using Allium mongolicum seeds as test materials, the effects of different temperatures on the germination characteristics and antioxidant enzymes of Allium mongolicum seeds were studied. The results showed that the germination rate at 20℃was significantly higher than that at 10 and 30℃.Under 12 and 24 h light treatment, the ger-mination rate of seeds at 10 and 30℃were only 0.The results showed that 10 and 30℃could not improve the germination rate of seeds,on the contrary, the inhibition of light was intensified. In the dark and 12 h light environment, the SOD activity of seeds at 10 and 30℃was sig-nificantly higher than that at 20℃in the late germination stage;Under each light environment, the POD and CAT content of seeds at 20℃were higher than that at 10 and 30℃,while the MDA content was lower than 10 and 30℃.It can be seen that Allium mongolicum seeds are typical dark seeds, and the suitable germination temperature is 20℃,high temperature and low temperature will limit the germination of seeds.
