不同鲜食葡萄品种更新嫁接对阳光玫瑰生长及果实品质的影响

为了加快更新老园品种,节约成本,快速提升葡萄经济效益.以4种不同鲜食品种老园更新嫁接及5BB砧木嫁接阳光玫瑰葡萄为调查对象,自根苗为对照,研究不同嫁接组合对阳光玫瑰葡萄的物候期、结实能力、果实外观及内在品质的影响,为选择现有鲜食品种适宜嫁接阳光玫瑰提供科学依据.结果表明,不同鲜食品种嫁接对于阳光玫瑰葡萄生长、果实性状有不同的影响,火焰无核、夏黑、5BB、辽峰嫁接阳光玫瑰葡萄生长势、产量和果实品质均优于自根苗,信浓乐、甬优一号综合表现则差于自根苗,其中以火焰无核和夏黑品种嫁接更利于阳光玫瑰葡萄的生长.以火焰无核品种嫁接阳光玫瑰葡萄具有成熟期偏早、果粒大、产量高、可溶性固形物含量高等优点,是6个嫁接中最适宜阳光玫瑰葡萄的组合,其次为夏黑品种.
Effects of Regeneration and Grafting of Different Table Grape Varieties on Growth and Fruit Quality of'Yangguangmeigui'Grape in Weinan Area,Shaanxi Province
In order to speed up the renewal of old garden varieties,save costs and rapidly improve grape economic benefits.In this experiment,four different fresh food varieties renewed grafting and'Yangguangmeigui'grape grafted with 5BB stock were investigated.The self-rooted seed-lings were the control.The effects of different grafting combination of'Yangguangmeigui'grape on phenology,fruiting ability,fruit appearance and internal quality of'Yangguangmeigui'were studied,in order to provide scientific basis for selecting the existing fresh food varieties suitable for grafting'Yangguangmeigui'grape.The results showed that grafting of different fresh food varieties had different effects on the growth and fruit characters of'Yangguangmeigui'grape.The growth potential,yield and fruit quality were better than those of self-rooted seedlings in flame seedless,Xiahei,5BB and Liaofeng grafted'Yangguangmeigui'grape.The comprehensive performance of Xinnongle and Yongyou No.1 were worse than that of Zigenmiao.Among them,flame seedless and summer black variety were more conducive to the growth of'Yangguang-meigui'grape.The conclusion of'Yangguangmeigui'grape grafted with flame seedless variety had the advantages of early maturity,large grain,high yield and high soluble solid content.It was the the most suitable combination of 6 grafts for the'Yangguangmeigui'grape,next was the summer black rootstock variety.
