山西棱柄马鞍菌的生境调查及形态学研究

为了明确棱柄马鞍菌的发生与生态环境、土壤环境的关系,进而为棱柄马鞍菌的驯化栽培提供一定的参考依据,调查了山西岢岚地区马鞍菌发生处的生态环境和气候环境,测定了土壤养分含量,并进行了马鞍菌形态学分析.结果表明,在山西,棱柄马鞍菌发生在夏末秋初降雨过后的针叶林、次生林中,气温在10~27℃,土壤pH呈中性偏碱性,且根际土壤与非根际土壤pH无显著差异.同时,根际土壤中有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量明显高于非根际土壤.因此,在有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量高的中性偏碱性土壤中更容易发生马鞍菌.
Habitat Investigation and Morphological Study of Helvella lacunosa in Shanxi Province
In order to clarify the relationship between the occurrence of Helvella lacunosa and the ecological environment and soil environ-ment,and then provide some reference for the domestication and cultivation of Helvella lacunosa,this study investigated the ecological environ-ment and climate environment where Helvella lacunosa occurred in Kelan,Shanxi Province,and determined the soil nutrient content,and car-ried out morphological analysis of Helvella lacunosa.The results showed that in Shanxi,Helvella lacunosa occurred in coniferous forests and sec-ondary forests after rainfall in late summer and early autumn.The temperature was between 10 and 27℃,and the soil pH was neutral and alka-line,and there was no significant difference between the rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil pH.At the same time,the contents of organ-ic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in rhizosphere soil were significantly higher than those in non-rhizosphere soil.Therefore,Helvella lacunosa was more likely to occur in neutral alkaline soil with high contents of organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium.
