金沙江中游金沙鲈鲤仔鱼形态发育及生长特性研究

为了解金沙鲈鲤仔鱼生长发育的特点,对其仔鱼发育阶段进行观察,并详细描述了各发育时期的形态特征,分析其生长发育特性.结果显示,金沙鲈鲤初孵仔鱼全长9.24 mm,体长8.97 mm;8日龄开始摄食,摄食率为10%;9日龄卵黄囊吸收完毕;34 日龄鳍条基本分化完毕,进入稚鱼期,此时全长27.04 mm,体长22.13 mm;仔鱼生长模型为y=0.005 9x2+0.322x+10.09(R2 =0.99),快速生长转为慢速生长的拐点发生在8日龄.
Study on the Morphological Development and Growth Characteristics of Percocypris pingi pingi(Tchang)Larva in the Middle Rea-ches of Jinsha River
In order to explore the development characteristics of Percocypris pingi pingi(Tchang)larva,the observation was made on the de-velopment stages of P.pingi pingi.The morphological characteristics of P.pingi pingi in different development stages were described in detail,the growth and development characteristics were analyzed.The results indicated that the total length and body length of the newly larvae of P.pingi pingi were 9.24 and 8.97 mm respectively.P.pingi pingi began to feed from 8 day-age,the feed-intake rate was 10%.The absorption of yolk sac finished at 9-day-age.Fin ray differentiation basically finished at 34-day-age and entered into juvenile fish stage(total length 27.04 mm,body length 22.13 mm).The growth model of larva was y=0.005 9x2+0.322x+10.09(R2 =0.99).The inflexion points of growth change from fast to slow appeared at 8 day-age.
