摘要

[目的]研究不同缓解剂对乙·阿合剂黄瓜幼苗药害的缓解效果.[方法]黄瓜幼苗喷施常见除草剂乙·阿合剂,出现明显药害症状后,叶面喷施6种缓解剂后调查黄瓜幼苗的生长、光合及生理生化指标.[结果]碧护处理黄瓜幼苗的生长、光合以及生理生化指标表现最佳,芸苔素处理效果次之.[结论]黄瓜幼苗一旦出现乙·阿合剂药害症状,及时喷施碧护,可有效缓解药害对黄瓜幼苗生长发育的影响.

Abstract

[Objective]To study the alleviative effect of different allelochemicals on Yi'aheji cucumber seedlings.[Method]The cucumber seedlings were sprayed with the common herbicide Yi'ahe mixture in the corn field.After the obvious symptoms of drug damage appeared,the leaves were sprayed with six kinds of alleviators.Then the growth,photosynthesis,physiological and biochemical indexes of cucumber seed-lings were investigated.[Result]The growth,photosynthesis,physiological and biochemical indexes of cucumber seedlings treated with Bihu were the best,followed by brassinol.[Conclusion]Once the symptoms of Yi'aheji in cucumber seedlings,spraying Bihu in time can effective-ly alleviate the effects of drug damage on the growth and development of cucumber seedlings.
