摘要

[目的]了解广东省阳春市、肇庆市、湛江市等10个不同产地广藿香药材质量差异.[方法]以不同产区10批广藿香药材为材料,按照《中国药典》规定下的检测项进行检测,并用聚类分析法和主成分分析法分析不同产地广藿香药材的差异性.[结果]不同产地广藿香药材显微鉴别和薄层鉴别特征明显,水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物、百秋李醇含量均符合药典规定.[结论]10 批不同产地广藿香在质量品质方面上均有差异,其中产自广东省阳春市潭水镇和广东省肇庆市四会市的广藿香药材质量最优.

Abstract

[Objective]To understand the quality differences of Pogostemon cablin medicinal materials in 10 different producing areas such as Yangchun City,Zhaoqing City and Zhanjiang City in Guangdong Province.[Method]Ten batches of glycolic herbs from different producing areas were used as materials to detect the test items under the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the differences of Pogostemon cablin herbs from dif-ferent producing areas were analyzed by cluster analysis and principal component analysis.[Result]The characteristics of microscopic identi-fication and thin layer identification were obvious,and the contents of moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash,alcohol soluble extract and pat-chouli alcohol were in accordance with the requirements of the pharmacopoeia.[Conclusion]The quality of 10 batches of Pogostemon cablin from different producing areas is different.Among them,the quality of Pogostemon cablin from Tanshui Town,Yangchun City,Guangdong Province and Sihui City,Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province is the best.
