Determination of 10 Elements in Lu'an Cultivated Tea Plants by Microwave Digestion-ICP-MS
[Objective]Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the multi-elements of tea plants in Lu'an City, and to explore the element content and regional differences in local tea plants.[Method]The second leaf of tea tree was collected for microwave drying, weighed and digested by microwave, and the content of 10 elements was determined by ICP-MS.[Result]The linear re-lationship of each element was good(R2≥0.996 7),and the detection limit of the method was 0.003-47.910 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation of each element content was 0.06%-9.79%.In general, the content of K,Ca and Mg in Lu'an tea plants was higher, followed by Mn,Al,Na and Fe,the content of Zn,Cu and Se was lower.Among the tea in different regions, the content of K,Mg and Zn in Maotanchang Town,Jin'an District was the highest, the Ca content in Zhufoan Town,Huoshan County was the highest, the Mn content in Mabu Town,Jinzhai County was the highest, the Al and Fe content in Youfangdian Township,Jinzhai County was the highest, the Na content in Dushan Town,Yu'an District was the highest, the Cu and Se content in Shucha Town,Shucheng County was the highest.[Conclusion]The multi-ele-ment content of tea plants in Lu'an City has regional differences. The research results provide a theoretical reference for future tea breeding and product quality control in Lu'an City.
