New Pattern Analysis of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements Transformation Basing on Production Trusteeship—Tak-ing Anhui Yingzhou Agricultural Socialization Service and Sci-Tech Innovation Base as an Example
It is of great importance for modern agricultural development and rural revitalization to accelerate agricultural science and technolo-gy(Sci-Tech)achievements transformation.We comprehensively analyzed the current patterns of agricultural Sci-Tech achievements transfor-mation in Anhui Province,and summarized the influencing factors including achievement attributes,transformation motivation,transformation mechanism and agricultural technology(Agro-tech)extension paths.At the new stage,in view of the requirements for development of sci-tech innovation and achievements transformation and production trusteeship,we presented a theoretical framework of agricultural Sci-Tech achievements transformation pattern basing on socialization service.Taking Anhui Yingzhou Agricultural Socialization Service and Sci-Tech In-novation Base as an example,we amplified the positive effects of agricultural production trusteeship on the Sci-Tech innovation and achieve-ments transformation,and clarified the collaboration mechanism between agricultural scientific research institute,Agro-Tech extension organi-zations and trusteeship enterprise.We proposed a feasible new pattern of agricultural Sci-Tech achievements transformation,which was basing on production trusteeship.It would provide reference for the interactive development of Sci-Tech innovation and achievements transformation,improvement of technical availability and promotion of rural revitalization.
