In order to solve the urgent problems of cultivating high-quality innovative and applied talents for national economic and social de-velopment,especially for strategic emerging(pillar)industries,this study took the cultivation of biological breeding talents in colleges and u-niversities as the research contents,focused on the cultivation of practical innovation ability.We organically integrated theoretical teaching and practical teaching,and the practice covered the whole process of training."Three Ones"practical teaching method was constructed,imple-mented and continuously improved,which effectively enhanced the quality of talent cultivation.Our study had practical guiding significance and popularization values for improving the quality of biological breeding talents in strategic emerging(pillar)industries and alleviating the disconnect between talent training and industrial demands.
