摘要
总结了目前国内外"岗课赛证"研究现状及存在问题,分析了"岗课赛证"的逻辑内涵,从依岗定课、重构课程体系、课赛融通、深化教学改革、课证融通、培养核心能力等方面探讨了食品检验检测技术专业"岗课赛证"融通育人模式.在"岗课赛证"综合育人视角下,探索了食品专业工匠型人才培养模式,以期为职业院校人才培养模式改革提供参考.
Abstract
The current situation and problems of the research of"post-course-competition-certificate"at home and abroad were summarized,the logical connotation of post-course-competition-certificate was analyzed,and the"post-course-competition-certificate"education model of food inspection and testing technology was discussed from the aspects of determining the course according to the post,reconstructing the curric-ulum system,integrating the course and competition,deepening the teaching reform,integrating the course and certificate,and cultivating the core competencies.From the perspective of"post-course-competition-certificate"comprehensive education,we explored the training mode of craftsman in food major,in order to provide references for the reform of the training mode in vocational colleges.
