Labor education and the fundamental task of moral cultivation of colleges and universities complement each other.It is urgent de-mand to cultivate high-level talents for colleges and universities under the background of"double first-class".At present,the labor education in colleges and universities has the realistic dilemma of single carrier of labor education,shortage of labor education teachers,backward labor education system and inefficient guidance of labor education values.It provides a feasible way for the construction of the labor education system in colleges and universities by enriching the carrier of labor education,strengthening the construction of labor education teachers,strengthe-ning the demonstration and guiding force and innovating the mode of labor education.
