Exploration and Practice of a New Organizational Model to Help Rural Revitalization in Agriculture-related University—A Case Study of Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University
The rural revitalization strategy is an important measure put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to solve the issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Agriculture-related uni-versities have unique advantages in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and shoulder important missions.Taking Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University as an example,the paper puts forward a new organizational model of"five combinations"for agricultural colleges to help implement the rural revitalization strategy,namely"online + offline","centralized + decentralized","school + enterprise","project + achievement",and"workstation + industrial college".It can provide reference for agriculture-related universities to serve the strat-egy of rural revitalization and provide new ideas and methods for rural revitalization and development.
