Study on the Microbial Community Structure of Degradable PLA/PBAT Composites
In order to explore the degradation of PLA/PBAT composites under the treatment of bacteria,we analyzed the characteristics of mi-crobiome and accelerated the biodegradation rate.In this study,different batches of bacteria were screened and their degradation ability were evaluated based on weightlessness method.The characteristics of microorganisms among different batches were analyzed by high-throughput se-quencing.The results showed that the weight loss of PLA/PBAT plastics increased from 2.52%to 4.93%.The five highest abundance at phyla level were Bacteroidetes,Planctomycetes,Proteobacteria,Armatimonadetes and Chloroflexi,accounting for more than 95.00%.OPB56 and SH-PL14 were the highest abundance at genus level.The microbial community structure tended to be stable.
